Additional Facilities

Bed Linen and Towels - These can be supplied if required. Approximately 6 euros per person depending upon number required.
Heating - During Rest of Year 50 Euros per week and during certain Low Season periods if 'cold spell' occurs.
Cleaning - Clients usually leave the house clean and tidy, however if the housekeeper is required to undertake' far and above' the usual 'clean' a charge of up to 65 Euros will be levied.
A refundable Security Deposit for damage/major breakage is required. A cheque for £300 is required prior to arrival and returned following departure.

How to get to 'Coffee with Susan'

BY AIR

The cheapest and nearest flights tend to be through Ryanair, BMI baby or Flybe. They fly to two local airports at Bergerac and Limoges. Both are approx. one and half hours from the house. It is also possible to fly to Toulouse, which is further away but only takes approx. 2 hours by AutoRoute. Bordeaux is also within easy travelling distance -approx. two and a half to three hours drive.

Car hire from the airport is convenient and reasonably priced. I have found that www.iibautos.co.uk ,www.europcar.co.uk and www.carrentals.co.uk offer good deals.

BY FERRY

There are many crossings, both long and short crossings. Some examples are:

Dover to Calais or Dunkirk
Portsmouth or Plymouth to Cherburg, St Malo, Le Havre

We have found that www.ferrysavers.co.uk offers many good deals.

BY ROAD

It takes approx. 5 hours if travelling by car from Paris. If you are travelling from Paris direction, take the A20 autoroute and exit at Junction for Sarlat and Souilliac. We are 20 minutes drive from there.

If you are travelling from Le Havre, St Malo, Cherburg direction there are many routes you can take, countryside or autoroute.
